Die-Cutting and Forming Mechanic Training (m/w/d)

As a stamping and forming technician, you’ll be the specialist in the production of sheet metal, blanks, and formed parts made of aluminum and stainless steel in our industrial manufacturing facility. You will manufacture products in batch sizes ranging from a single piece to large-scale production through stamping, milling, shearing, bending, deep drawing, crimping, and back-injection molding for our customers in the automotive and consumer goods industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and production.
• Manufacture components.
• Identify, document, and resolve technical malfunctions in equipment.
• Repair, maintain, and service machines and tools.
• Implement quality assurance measures.
• Optimize production processes.

Your Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in working with metals and plastics.
• An interest in metal and plastic processing.
• Passion and motivation to work on large machines and systems.
• Ability to work independently, initiative, and reliability.
• Communication and teamwork skills.

Your Training

• Duration of training: 3 years (shortening of the training period is possible).
• On-the-job training: Alutrim Europe GmbH, Leddiner Weg 28, 16866 Kyritz.
• Vocational school: Georg-Schlesinger-Oberschule Berlin (with dormitory).
• Inter-company training courses: Bildungsgesellschaft mbH Pritzwalk (with dormitory).
