Plastics and Rubber Technologists (m/w/d) – Molded parts
Alutrim Europe GmbH is a high-tech company that develops, manufactures, and distributes real-metal-plated parts and molds for premium and luxury vehicles, as well as for high-quality consumer goods. Thanks to our leading expertise and outstanding team, we are constantly expanding our product range and continuing to grow. If you really want to help build something from the ground up, you’ve come to the right place!
As a plastics and rubber technologist specializing in molded parts, you will process polymers, additives, and auxiliary materials using various methods—particularly injection molding, blow molding, foaming, pressing, and thermoforming—to manufacture plastic and rubber molded parts. To do this, you plan workflows, prepare mixtures according to recipes, set processing parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure, and monitor the manufacturing process. You also set up the machines and equipment. You connect control systems, operate control, regulation, and measurement devices as well as process control systems, and maintain the production equipment. In addition, you will finish molded parts using non-cutting or cutting processes, temper and condition them, treat surfaces, and perform measurements and tests as part of quality assurance.
